A loft space insulated with Recycled Insulation is not only a great way to insulate the home but also a cost effective method.

Standard insulation is recommended at 270mm which can assist you with your homes EPC rating thus saving you money.

The insulation is odourless, rot proof, non hygroscopic and does not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.

Lofts can be boarded subject to survey,  this boarding can be raised on stilts to accommodate the recommended level of insulation.  Alternatively spray foam applied to the underside of the roofing felt negates the need for additional floor insulation. 

Loft ladders can also be  installed subject to survey making your loft space a more accessible storage area.
